Astro Command Center Download Issue // TR Mic Issue

When I try to download the Astro Command Center through the Astro Software page, I am getting a wall of text and a 'not responding' page. I was hoping to find some firmware updates for the new Astro TR Mixamp as their are none on the 'firmware' page.

Separately: I have been having an issue with my mic not picking up my voice on the xbox (I have the USB and Optical Cable plugged into the xbox). However, when I switch my USB over to my PC, the mic picks up my voice fine for skype. (I have had no issues hearing game sound or voice chat).

EDIT: After hard resetting my xbox and power cycling my controller and mix amp, I was able to get the mic working properly on the xbox.

EDIT 2: I'm still getting weird connectivity issues. Sometimes I can hear voice but my mic wont pick up in party chat, and inversely, my mic picks up, but I cant hear anyone.

EDIT 3: MY Command Center Download wasn't working bc I was using Edge. When I switched to Chrome, it worked fine.
